To chase down the survivors

There was a plane crash in a distant land. There were some survivors, who somehow had acquired small sports planes that were supposed to allow them to evacuate from the scene. Unfortunately there were some undercover special forces that chased them down in their, stronger planes and by cutting the rear sides of the evacuating planes made them fall. One of the perpetrators was really enjoying this act and laughing and singing something while murdering the survivors. A small group of these survivors managed to gather in one place and in that place the psycho murderer landed. His mood obviously changed. One of the survivors held a metal object and made his intention clear.. The murderer started pleading him not to do it. But the survivor threw the object into the propeller of the murderer's still working airplane, so that he was drawn into it and sliced into pieces. 

Although the dream scenario is quite impossible.. Omar Torrijos and Lech Kaczyński come to mind.
